Segundo Joel Peresman, CEO do museu, em entrevista ao Eddie Trunk Live, o Guns N’ Roses será convidado para integrar o Rock And Roll Hall of Fame em 2012. E obviamente, não será a formação atual.
Joel diz que convidará os cinco integrantes originais (que gravaram o Appetite For Destruction), Dizzy Reed e Mat Sorum. E ainda afirma: “All have RSVP’d that they will show”.
Mas parece que só Joel está sabendo disso. Slash postou a seguinte declaração no Twitter: “For the record, I didn’t RSVP, or in any way commit to attending the RRHF.”
E Axl-pica-pau-desce-as-cataratas disse em entrevista à LA Times: “There is no plan yet. There really is no plan. We’re still busy with this line-up. We’re gonna be busy – we’re gonna be busy all next year. We’ll be putting out new stuff as soon as we can figure out what our deal is with labels(…)”
É, isso soa como o início de mais uma novela daquelas!
